You are responsible for understanding and complying with these policies. Big John is not liable for any disputes between you and service providers.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Big John may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Your use of Big John is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Big John operates through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's terms of service. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's policies or any issues with the WhatsApp platform.
All content, features, and functionality of Big John, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Big John or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY BUSINESSES YOU BOOK THROUGH BIG JOHN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG JOHN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big John and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Big John at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Big John operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
